Marshall was contacted last night by me and was immediately willing to make an appointment with myself today! Came out today to see why my air wasn't working and turns out the air coil was extremely dirty and needed to be cleaned! His arrival was very prompt! He tested everything when he first got here and then after everything was clean, he re-tested to make sure everything was at the proper levels. He then cleaned up what little mess he made, && now my air unit is working great, nice, cold air! Super friendly dude and really easy to do business with! I would definitely recommend to all people with heating/air needs!
Had the wire to my thermostat cut while putting on new siding. Called Marshall and he wouldn't be able to make it out to fix it. He instead walked me through step by step even as I was sending text pictures to clarify things. Got the AC working again and learned something in the process. Would recommend them to anyone. They are honest and stand behind their work. Will be using them from here on out. Thanks again
Called them to schedule a repair. Over the phone we diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the unit myself. Cant thank them enough. That is what I call customer service.
I dreaded replacing my 17 y/o heat pump with a new unit, partly due to the cost and partly dealing with a heating/cooling company. I decided to choose by Google's reviews and found Carolina Climate Control. I couldn't be happier with their service. The final bill was lower than their initial "rough" estimate and they fit me in a lot faster than I expected. Tyler, thanks for your professionalism and follow-through. I'm now a loyal customer, hopefully this Trane unit treats me well. Thank you!
Great experience with these guys! I was in the process of purchasing an old home with an old system and had one of the techs came out and check everything. Found out that even though the system was running it was shot and needed to be replaced (thankfully the seller covered). Tyler was incredibly accommodating in a time crunch with fitting our installation in before we closed on the house. All is running beautifully now. Highly recommend this company!
I saw the great reviews on Google and decided to call Carolina Climate Control after purchasing a condo in Charleston. I called on a Monday morning with the hope of getting someone to our unit either that day or the next as I was heading back out of town. Marshall was fantastic. He fit me in his busy schedule and serviced our unit. In addition he found that whom ever had installed it failed to put in the auxiliary heating coils...which explained why it couldn't stay ahead of the bitter cold nights. Marshall immediately went out and got some for me and installed them as well. Could not have asked for better service. We signed up for a service contract and I highly recommend their services!!! They deserve every 5 star review they've received!!

Marshall came out on super short notice to help get our heat back on. The issue had actually been caused by a roofing crew, and even though he had never come across this problem before he had it figured out in no time! Really friendly and professional, and my dogs loved him. From now on, we will only use Carolina Climate Control!
