I chose Carolina Climate Control because of the abundance of positive reviews. I can say they were spot on. Marshall was super friendly and professional. I had a fairly major issue with my system and Marshall got the majority of it covered by the manufacturer's warranty. He also took the time to educate me about my dual zone system and provided preventative maintenance tips. It was a stressful experience to begin with but Marshall really put me at ease. He earned my trust.
Marshall is awesome and made replacing our HVAC (not typically known as a "fun" project) a piece of cake. We knew we'd have to replace it this year and it started acting up, so we started calling around. We got quotes from 3 companies and Marshall was not only the best priced, but also the friendliest and most thorough in asking questions to be sure he was giving us the right options. He was incredibly knowledgeable as well. They did a great job with the installation and we are nice and toasty in our house again. I would highly recommend Marshall and Carolina Climate Control to anyone in need of the services they provide.
Marshall did a great job diagnosing and fixing furnace issues that multiple other companies could not solve. He was very responsive and clearly communicated when he would arrive and what work he would do at what cost. It's not easy to find a good HVAC contractor, so I highly recommend going with Marshall.
Marshall was very quick in responding to our call for help when the A/C wasn't working over the summer. Had a great explanation and solution at a very reasonable price.
Carolina Climate control is simply the best HVAC company in the Low Country. Marshall does quality work at very affordable prices. Anyone needing an HVAC contractor for service or a new system would be foolish not to call Marshall.
Marshall was very reasonable with his estimate to replace my HVAC units. He didn't try to oversell or add in unnecessary ductwork. He amazingly answered emails and calls after hours and on weekends, and he was always on time. He made sure the job was done right the first time. When the weather didn't cooperate, Marshall came back the next day, on a Saturday, to finish the job. He also added protective covers to my units to limit tree debris. I would absoultely use him again and refer him to all of my friends and colleagues. I have complete confidence in his knowledge, work ethic, and integrity.
Marshall perfomed complete replacement of our HVAC system and duct work. I had quotes from three different companies before deciding on Carolina Climate. Not only was Marshall's quote the cheapest, but he also offered the best service. Out of the three different companies, Marshall was the only guy who actually went under house to physically examine our duct work (instead of the other two who just looked under the house from a distance). In addition, he was able to complete it in half the time quoted by other companies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Marshall and his team are honest, friendly, knowledgeable and always arrive on time. They won't upsell you on services or hardware that you don't need. They've also helped me understand how I can save money on my system use. I've been very happy with their service and will continue to call them in the future if I ever need air conditioning service at my home. Highly recommend.
We won't use anyone else after working with Carolina Climate Control! We contacted Marshall during the flood in Charleston and couldn't be happier with our decision. He was so responsive and helpful from the start. He was at our house as soon as possible to assess the damage and help us get the information we needed to make an insurance claim. From there, he can over to meet our insurance adjuster to show him his findings which was a huge help in getting everything covered! Once our claim was approved, he was over at our house and knocked out our new duct work and new HVAC in a timely manner! He even called me before to remind me to get space heaters just in case! Reliable, helpful, nice, knowledgable, easy to work with, punctual, and communicative are all things that describe the service we received with Carolina Climate Control. Hands down the best company! So glad that we found Marshall and his team! I will be recommending them to all of my friends and real estate clients in the Charleston area!
