Carolina Climate Control not only does an excellent job with your home HVAC systems but they also supply and install heat pumps to cool & heat pools. We hired Carolina Climate Control to find and install the best heat pump to heat & cool our pool. Marshall listened to our needs and located the best piece of equipment to meet those needs. Marshall and his team were awesome! I have a terrible attic (extremely low pitch) and they replaced all my duct work, added an air ionizer, and added a return. Extremely professional, quality work at a great price! My house is so much more comfortable now and my hvac unit isn't working nearly as hard. Highly recommend for all your hvac needs. Thanks men!
Excellent customer service. I bought an old house over the summer that had window units, so first thing I needed was a new HVAC. I called Carolina Climate Control and they provided a competitive quote versus the market. Marshall showed impressive knowledge of the system and installation process. He also helped me make my house more efficient by identifying areas where I was losing energy. The ductwork under the house was replaced in a quality fashion, and a brand new intake vent was custom ordered for my home. The job was performed quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Carolina Climate Control; you won't be disappointed.
When my AC unit started making loud noises I was worried that the compressor was going out. I called Carolina Climate Control and Marshall came out after hours to check it out. Turns out there were a couple of loose bolts! Thank goodness for honest and fair professionals!
