I waited a year to post this review, and in that time, they've done nothing but prove they are absolutely worth every bit of 5 stars. We had 2 separate units and all of duct work replaced. It was a huge investment financially on our part, and we shopped around to several other companies. Marshall and his team were a standout from the start. They were at our house almost 3 hours for the free estimate, and it blew away the competition for their attention to detail. That work now shows in our daily lives. Our home is so much more comfortable, and our power bills have cut by 30 to 50% depending on the season. Since install, they have checked on us for regular maintenance and replaced any issues for free in this first year, both of which were not issues they caused, such as a control unit going bad. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
They have built a pretty incredible reputation since we researched them a year and a half ago, and it's deserved. I'm writing this review finally because I came here to forward their information to my Dad, which made me stop being lazy. Cheers Marshall and team!
This team truly understands customer service. They had someone out same day when I had an HVAC emergency and water was coming through the ceiling. The owner, manager, and technicians all cared. My home warranty, and 4 other providers I called for help could not hold a candle to this team. I will be starting normal maintenance with them immediately. Thanks, Ray, for responding after hours on a Thursday. Thanks Brandon, for being on time to the minute at 8am on a Monday. And thanks for Marshall and Tyler for leading a stellar team. You won the week. And now I'm a fan of an HVAC company. As a realtor, I need a reliable team to refer clients to. You're on the list.
Awesome company, great service. New HVAC system in August 2016. Fast forward a year later and I had a leak in the evaporator coil. They took care of it. There was even a paperwork issue with the warranty. They took care of that too. This company takes care of everything. I highly recommend Carolina Climate Control for your HVAC needs.
My AC stopped working on a holiday weekend & I called Marshall w/ Carolina Climate Control. He walked me through what to look for & what to do over the phone! The problem was fixed immediately! I will definitely use them again! Very honest, very helpful, & I'm very appreciative!
