I called at 7a this morning and talked to Marshall . My A/C had gone out overnight, and he walked me through a pretty easy fix to get my A/C running again and resolve the root cause. They may not have gotten any money from me today, but they earned a loyal customer. Anyone willing to walk me through fixing a problem myself has definitely earned my trust for more serious problems.
Great service! Came out day of my phone call to diagnose and repair. Ran into a warranty issue with the thermostat but owner was willing to work with us on the resolution.

Awesome service all the way thru the process. Had an issue with a Hayward HeatPro pool heater. The pool installation companies were able to figure it out. Ended up Marshall at Carolina Climate Control was one of the very few Certified Warranty and Repair experts on number of these heat pumps for pools. Not only did they reply promptly and fixed the issue, they also were able to get it covered under warranty - Parts and Labor! Using these guys for all our HVAC and pool heat pump requirements in the future.
We replaced our A/C system last week. I was impressed with how friendly and professional every member of the team I worked with was. Their front office staff was helpful and responded in a timely manner. Tyler came by and did a thorough inspection of our home in order to give us an accurate estimate, much more than any other company did (received quotes from four other companies). The install team was on time, friendly, professional, and kept our home clean. The price was very competitive, and I felt better going with them because of the initial attention to detail they put into their estimate. Overall, I highly recommend them!
Very pleased with this company. Tyler was very helpful in walking us through the options to replace our old HVAC unit. They were able to install the new unit 2 business days after we accepted the price. The install went very smoothly and the new AC is incredible! Highly recommended.
Fantastic service. The AC went out in my apartment over the weekend. They were quick to respond and even asked to come earlier than expected because of an opening. Marshall diagnosed, picked up the part, replaced it, and had the AC running an hour before the scheduled time! They also called the owner of my apartment so that the repairs could be approved and paid for seamlessly. AC is fixed before the heat of the day had a chance to set in!
