Fantastic service and work. Completed new full HVAC system & duct work install. From the initial call, excellent communication from both Tyler and Marshall. Tyler spent lots of time on the estimate visit to make sure the estimate was thorough and complete. His professionalism and obvious care about the job gave us comfort that Carolina Climate Control would be a good choice. The install process and products were explained in great detail and all questions were answered. As for the install, Marshall (the owner of the company) was on site and did much of the work himself ,ensuring it was done right. The work was clean and done right. This is a smaller outfit, so you will get a greater level of direct customer service. Not to mention, the price beat the competition! Highly Recommend.
I can't say enough how good Marshall and the guys at Carolina Climate Control are. They go above and beyond for their customers and treat them like family. There have been numerous occasions where their expertise has been needed at our house. Most recently, I came home on a 100 degree July afternoon to no AC. I was stressed that the house would be too hot for my family, however, after calling Marshall the problem was resolved within the hour. I would recommend Carolina Climate Control over any other heating and air company!!! Thanks again for the help!
Marshall was excellent! I called on Sunday morning of the July 4th long weekend and he answered on the first ring. I told him what I had already gone through with the Nest technical support and he gave me some options on how I might be able to fix it. I crawled up into the attic to do what he asked and before I could finish he was calling back to see if worked. Luckily he was able to hear the cheers of my family as the A/C turned on, all at no charge. I was so impressed that I signed up for maintenance from his team to keep my old heat pump chugging along!
Very good experience. They fixed my heat pump here in summerville and they fixed it right. It runs better now than when it was new. Thank You !

Had a great experience with Marshall and Carolina Climate Control this week. They took the time when they came out to really understand our older house and the issues we were having with cooling parts of it in addition to needing a new system. They came out twice to look at things before even having our business. This is as opposed to another J.I. contractor who was 45 minutes late for an appt, spent 5 minutes here then never bothered to send an estimate after he left.
The duct work they did really seems to be helping the upstairs and the AC/heat pump install was done when they said, everything was left clean and all contact with Marshall and Tyler was extremely pleasant throughout. Really felt like they cared about getting our house cooler. One of the best experiences we've had since coming to Charleston.
Hands down the best in Charleston. Just looked up Marshall's number to give to a friend and I can't believe I never wrote a review last year when they came to my rescue! I'm a military wife and came home ALONE to my system out, needed a full replacement of my unit outside and handler in the garage. Ran the quote past my out of town hvac professional father-in-law and he said the quote was spot on for parts and labor. He got me the best in great time, installed a return upstairs that has SERIOUSLY cooled us down, and did it all the labor in a day staying after hours to make sure it got done. He even came back to check on it the next day and added a pump because the system didn't drain the same way as before and did the labor and gave us the part free because it hadn't been on the original quote, that's doing the job right!
We had Marshall and his crew do a complete new install (both indoor and outdoor unit and new duct work) almost a month ago now! Everything is working great and they did an awesome job installing everything! Very professional and completed the work almost 2 days early! Awesome job, awesome crew HIGHLY recommended to do any HVAC job!
These guys are awesome! They replaced all my duct work, installed an air ionizer and ran a new drain line for me. This was all done in an incredible small, tight attic space. Due to the work Marshall and his crew completed, my home is 100% more comfortable and my energy bill is consistently dropping. Carolina Climate Control is such a fantastic company! Marshall came out to assess our aging HVAC system and provided us with reasonable quotes for replacing the unit along with duct work. They are very professional, timely and great to work with!
Marshall and his crew just finished installing my new Trane unit, they did a great job and finished a day earlier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!!
