My unit went out on Sunday afternoon.
I called and they were here in a couple of hours. Tech found the problem in less than 20 minutes and had the unit up and running in less than 30 minutes. He stayed for another 45-60 minutes and checked the unit out completely before he left. Tech was very knowledgeable and cordial.
I whole heartedly recommend Carolina Climate Control for your HVAC needs. Bought AC & furnace from them a few years ago. We have Carolina Climate Control inspect each unit seasonally. Their maintenance program is superb! Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I am always thoroughly briefed and photos are provided. I'm so grateful for our new HVAC system from Carolina Climate Control. They were very professional throughout the process and always answered all questions, explaining everything thoroughly. Always responsive! They did an outstanding job with the installation of my new HVAC system, which is the best I've ever had. It includes the Phenomenal Air ionization system. This is truly a game changer and has changed our lives. My husband has asthma and always wakes up in the morning with gunky lungs. For the first time ever, after sleeping overnight with our new HVAC system with the ionization system, he woke up with CLEAR LUNGS!! We are so grateful for all the hard work and excellent service, for the new equipment and system from Carolina Climate Control. The air is so clear and clean in our home and it regulates temperature perfectly.
Chris and Adam from the plumbing division found the cause of my bathroom leak and repaired it very quickly. You can tell they have years of experience, as their diagnostic skills were impressive.
Edward Chavez from the AC division made quick work of my repair. His knowledge allowed him to find multiple faulty parts very quickly. Give CCC a call.
The technician, Holland, was excellent. He came right on time and completed the annual maintenance in a timely fashion. Also, he clearly explained everything to me. I hope that we have him for future HVAC jobs.
