Every year I sign up for their Preventative Maintenance Plan. If you don't know about it you should look into it! This year Robbie was my technician for the 36 point Summer check up. He was on time, friendly, and even put up with my old dog who likes to bark a lot! Carolina Climate Control is the best!
Derrick at the Greenville office has always been so helpful! When our A/C died in our new home (in the heat of summer), he was quick to come up with options and quotes. Once we made our decision, he was prompt with getting it installed ASAP and following up multiple times to make sure everything was working just as it should. He set us up with a service plan and checks on us and services us right before summer and again right before winter. I never hesitate to call Carolina Climate Control or recommend them to my friends!

I've used Carolina Climate Control on several occasions. The service is always excellent. Today, I had a new package a/c unit replaced by Brad and Mike and they came one time and completed the job quickly. I appreciated that they went out of their way to protect foliage within the path of the job site. Unit is running perfectly. The CCC pricing is no better/no worse than other estimates and I believe in the quality of the products they use. I recommend them.
The team was great. Professional & responsive. Explained everything to us. They also offer financing if you need it. Had the AC for a couple of days and it works great! Highly recommend the Greenville team.
Chris showed up within an hour of my initial call. He was very quick and did exceptional work. This was a plumbing service, which is fairly new to this company, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody. Their responsiveness was superb, and the ability to fix the issue instantly was quite unexpected. Chris was incredibly polite and professional.

When we need a new heating and air unit I got a couple of estaminets . Carolina climate control was not only the best price and quality but the service was amazing .
