I needed a new heat pump and ductwork installed at my home. Russell, Mike and crew were on time and professional.
We had a great experience with Carolina Climate and our Technician, Michael. He was able to take care of everything while we were out of the house, called and explained everything to us in great detail, and emailed us a detailed write-up complete with photos! We were very impressed and will use them again in the future.
I work from home so it when my air kicked I was concerned about the time to fix it. I called and they had someone come look that day. I got my air returned me by 1030 on Thursday!! This place is amazing!!!

We started having A/C problems last week. House was getting hotter than outside. We decided to call Carolina Climate Control after checking several places on line and reading most of the reviews left and we decided on Carolina Climate. We called at 8 30am on Wednesday 13th and we got ana appt between 12pm/4pm the same day. We got an email with the picture and name of the person that would b coming to inspect our A/C. Hunter Cooke was that person. As soon as he got here he went up to the Attic and started his inspection. About 30mins later he came down and gave us a report. It wasn't good but he was honest to what was going on with our system cause we already knew what the problem was. After asking questions and Hunter doing a lot of explanation we decided to go with their A/C system. Installation will b tomorrow morning around 8 30am. Hunter gave us the confidence we were looking for. Thank u very much Hunter we appreciate ur assistance.
The team that came out was amazing, they were punctual and professional. They even took the time to explain everything to me and what they would be doing to fix my AC!

I just had a Navien Tankless Water Heater installed by Chris, with Carolina Climate Control. He dismantled the traditional 50 gal. tank, that had sprung a leak, halled it outside, cleaned the area, installed the Navien NPE21052 and gave me instructions on how to raise, lower the temp. or how to simply turn it off, when running from a storm!
This is a big, unplanned expenditure for me so I spent 2 days asking questions, reading reviews and most importantly, comparing prices. I got bids from 3 companies on the exact same equipment and Carolina Climate, won hands down in All
categories!
Chris also hauled the old unit away leaving nothing for me to do but " Take a shower With Hot Water, which was perfect!!! "
