Colby was excellent! We had a second zone added to our two story home and have been so pleased. We didn't know what we were missing! Colby explained the entire process and was very professional throughout the installation. He even took photos of everything they did which were attached to our invoice for reference. From the time of estimate to actual installation, including new thermostat to go with our smart home set, was only 1 week. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend!

Mac came out for a consultation for gas piping. I could not have asked for a better serviceman. He was polite, considerate, and attended to our concerns with attention to detail. Not only was the price that he quoted reasonable, he also suggested ways that I could improve my piping concerns (in the living room as well as under the house). Because of Mac representing CCC so we'll, I will definitely go with them in the future.
I called Carolina Climate Control for one potential problem that soon turned into many unforseen problems. Even though this project turned sideways, Eric, Nick and crew went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issues and completely the job quickly. I am very grateful for their hard work and diligence. I highly recommend Carolina Climate Control.
