Very professional.
When our air conditioner broke Carolina Climate Control was able to replace it within 2 days! Their prompt attention to our problem was amazing. Ryan and Randall arrived right on time, were thorough and extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Carolina Climate Control for your cooling and heating needs.

From start to finish, Carolina Climate Control was great. Grey was so helpful during our estimate and provided me with so much additional info that helped me choose the best fit for us. Ryan and Randal did an awesome job installing the unit as well. They were super fast and didn't even mind my insane dogs barking like maniacs! Would definitely recommend them in the future!

Some issues on installation that were fixed after I called in. Very polite.
