We very much enjoyed and felt very comfortable with Marshall during our consultation today, he was very patient with all our questions and explained things so that we could clearly comprehend all of our options; not pushy at all, which made us feel even more at ease. #1 on our short list at this time. Updates will follow.
Update: We decided to go with Carolina Climate Control because of Marshall, (The Owner). We got the feeling that he was honest, reliable and he would deliver the best value for our money; the other reps from 3 different highly rated HVAC companies did not instill us with this same confidence. So today we had the Trane XL 15c packaged unit installed by what are surely this company's two best installers. Mark, (Lead & Unmatched Technician) and Will, (Second-to-None Technician). These guys are great, and they let me observe them throughout the whole process, ( because I'm a nerd like that). Watching these guys work together you can tell that they love what they do, take the utmost pride in their attention to detail, and truly enjoy working with each other. It was truly refreshing to see! So if you are in need of a new HVAC system you owe it to yourself to give these guys a spot on your call list. I believe you WILL NOT be disappointed!
I've been lucky to have the same technician for several seasonal check-ups, which I appreciate since they're familiar with my system. I always feel that I'm given good advice & not being sold parts or services I don't need. So when the time comes that I do need repairs or replacement, I have a high level of confidence in using Carolina Climate Control.

Carolina Climate Control just repaired and replaced a broken drainage PVC pipe from our A/C unit. They replaced our upstairs unit last year and we have had nothing but great, professional, service from them at a competitive price. I highly recommend them.
