Had my home HVAC system completely replaced by Carolina Climate Control in July 2020. Technicians were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Just had a different set of technicians come to address a small issue that was noticed when putting away Christmas decorations. Again, the techs were on-time, professional, and provided a full summary of what was done. I would absolutely recommend CCC!!
We moved from N. Idaho where I had no experience with A/C or heat pumps. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that the temp in the house in the morning was well below the therm. setting though the unit was running. I knew I had to call for service and was anxious that my ignorance would be exploited. I extensively explored the Google reviews and called CCC at 8 a.m. Skip Jackson was able to come out promptly at 3:30 and was friendly and professional, and as he explored the unit, exuded competence (he has 20 years experience). The problem turned out to be the ancient wall breaker controlling the auxiliary heat which I will replace today. He educated me about my system (which had no problems - imaginary or otherwise) and answered my many questions patiently. He only charged me the service fee - unexpected! Will use again and recommend!'
Professional, ethical, trustworthy. I have leaned on Carolina Climate Control numerous times ranging from early morning all the way up to late evening, including weekend hours and they've amended every problem. All while showing genuine interest in bettering my situation. If I'm in need of assistance I'm always going Carolina Climate Control.
Skip and Holland arrived promptly at 8am and had us up and running in less than an hour. Both men were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions and gave us some valuable advice on saving on our winter heating. I would highly recommend these guys for any HVAC issues you may have.
Guys were knowledgeable, friendly, personable and professional. I felt like the charge to repair shorted wires that were easily accessible was a high. I was told the service call fee was waived. Very happy with them. Just wish it was less expensive.
