We could not be happier with our new AC unit!! The crew was very responsive, professional, arrived early, and very quick to fit us in. Hopefully we will not need ac services anytime soon, but we would definitely use them again! Outstanding service!
Just wanted to add that Mark and Will were fantastic as installers, they were efficient, friendly and every educating during the whole process. From the estimate by Grey, to Denise to Mark and Will, the experience was very much 5 star service.
I would highly recommend Carolina Climate Control to anyone in search of HVAC repair, or replacement. I needed a full system replacement last fall, and had three vendors out to review, and quote their services. Carolina Climate Control (Drew) was hands down the most thorough, and attentive from start to finish, answering every question along the way, and guiding me to the best fit for my home. The prices were competitive, or better than the others considered, with superior products (Trane). Installation was delayed due to a hurricane, and they even offered me floor units to use, at no additional charge. Great company, stop shopping, and call them.
