Our technician was Skip and he was excellent.
My AC malfunctioned over the weekend. Carolina Climate Control was immediately available to respond to my emergency call. Vergel was highly professional and knowledgeable as he repaired my AC. He kept his promise to arrive at the appointed time despite the deluge of weekend and after hours service calls. My AC was repaired quickly and I'm grateful they were available over the weekend unlike the company I regularly used. I'm switching as a result of this positive experience.

I had a clogged line that was causing a major leak though both levels of my house. Turning the AC units off helped that, but not having AC in Charleston in August is a major problem. I called this company per a neighbor recommendation. I called around 8am, they promptly answered and were able to get me on the schedule between 1-4pm that afternoon...phew! They emailed and texted confirmation of my appt. As promised, the tech called on the way and arrived at 1:30pm. Perfect! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix the problem. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail. I was very pleased with the service, so I decided to also sign up for the twice a year service. Both of my units are older and I the pricing was very reasonable. I look forward to working with this company in the future and I would absolutely recommend them. As a final note, I wanted to mention the worker kept his 6 foot distance and wore a mask the entire time. If you have any concerns due to the pandemic, don't let it stop you from contacting this company. They are awesome!
The preventative maintenance package with the biannual check-ups is a great deal and provides great peace-of-mind. Everyone is professional, courteous, and conscientious.
