Courteous guy came to give an estimate for a new Trane unit to replace the old one. He was very informative!
Had Joe come out to check out the heat pump for our pool as our pool company said we needed a new one ($4-6000). He came out, identified issue, replaced part and got it running for $475. He was one time, the office gave me plenty of notice of his arrival time, he was polite and friendly, got approval before any work done and guaranteed to come back with no service charge if any issues appeared in next 30 days. I will use them again if needed and feel confident in recommending them. The only downside was it took over a week to get appointment because they are so busy and so few HVAC people work on pool heat pumps. And Covid, of course, which has everyone's schedules a mess.
