Drew was very knowledgeable and helpful during the sales process. He wasn't pushy and helped guide us through the process to make the best decision for our purchase. Stephen and Jeff were very professional on the install. The install went smooth and they really impressed me with their thoroughness yet efficient install. They were on time and worked extremely hard to install the new unit. They also cleaned up and made it appear that they hadn't even stepped foot in the house! I will continue to use CCC as long as I'm in Charleston. The system is running great. Thanks again
Technician was thorough, polite, and even during a routine maintenance check, found that my heating system was running off of it's heat strips instead of the heat pump. Due to my thermostat being wired/programmed incorrectly. That explains my $400 electric bill last month! Just because of that issue being resolved, this maintenance bill will pay for itself!! A+++++++ service. Will use again!
The guys that came to our house were quick, thorough, and extremely kind! They solved the problem and made sure to check everything else and were super respectful of our home.
With a home warranty, after no less than 5 visits from 3 different techs, several hours and $50 dollars each time, the company quoted a repair, that one of the techs assured me would not fix it, also telling me it would cost me $800. Ended up cancelling the whole home warranty for a full refund.
Carolina Climate Control called me within minutes of submitting a request, scheduled for the next day, Corey was even a bit early and was done in about 30 minutes. Waived the diagnosis fee and charged me just to service the unit, everything is working fine after about and year and a half.
