Repairman was personable and polite as well as professional. He was knowledgeable and made sure to check all aspects of the unit after it was up and running again to make sure the unit was operating correctly before he left.
Had a minor HVAC issue that needed to be addressed quickly for a home sale to close. Came out next day and handled it, along with the photos and paperwork we needed for the realtor. Y'all did a great job and we will be using you at our new home as well!!!! Thanks!

We were scheduled to go out of town on a Friday and of course the AC died Thursday afternoon. Carolina Climate Control sent a tech first thing Friday morning so that we could leave as soon as possible. Turned out to be a bad coil in our less than one year old Trane system. (So Trane does NOT get 5 stars) We were going to be gone a week and also had dogs in the house. We were assured the part would be ordered and the system repaired while we were gone. I was totally put at ease about having them do the work while we were gone. Our son took the dogs and the AC repaired a day ahead of schedule in order to get the dogs home as soon as possible. We came back the next week to happy dogs in an air conditioned house! Very good customer service.
Damper motor died and our tech, Ryan, diagnosed over the phone and was upfront and honest. Great communication and quick work. Would use again.
