Stop looking and give them a call, there is no one better in Charleston - NO ONE. Over the course of 2 weeks, we took proposals to replace our HVAC system and water heater. Only one other company came into consideration once over 10 proposals were received. From proposal to installation the entire process was flawless. Everything was timely and exactly as proposed. No hidden fees or extra cost surprises at installation. They were timely and respectful of our property too. Usually even if you can get a great price, installation of any project will lead to something being damaged. They put down clothes and I never knew they'd been in our home since the installation occurred while I was at work. I can not say enough great things about Carolina Climate Control. Every single employee was a stellar representative for the company and the price could not be beat!!!
Micah with Climate Control was very prompt and thorough with their inspection of our heat pump, duct work and wiring. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Pricing is consistent with other like companies. Would definitely recommend them.
