They showed up on time and were very professional. Took the time to answer my questions so I would undestand for the future. They found the problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves and even paid attention to my very social cat. I would definitely recommend.
I called Carolina Climate Control to get a 'second opinion' on my existing HVAC system as recommended by Duke Energy because my Energy bills were almost doubled from what I used to pay. They were extremely responsive and sent the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with - HAL! Hal arrived at 11 am and did a very thorough investigation into my existing two zone system. He explained everything and delivered the information with extreme sensitivity since my unit is less than 1 year old and was not performing correctly. He finished his investigation by 3:30 pm and provided a very detailed list of all the issues the system had with the units, install, etc.
Needless to say, I am meeting with another rep this Thursday to discuss solutions to the issues I have and I will without a doubt be doing business with them in the future. I can't say enough nice things about Hal. He was so knowledgeable and provided such detail to the issues that no other 'second opinion' tech provided. I had two other companies come out and one tech finished his 'investigation' in about 20 minutes and all he said was 'there must be a leak in your system because your refrigerant was low'. Hal, on the other hand spent the time to really evaluate the entire system to find out exactly what was wrong. And, unfortunately, there was quite a bit but thankfully, I believe that Carolina Climate Control can help fix the issues and get me back to a system that will provide efficient heating and cooling in my home. I purchased an American Standard packaged heat pump from Carolina Climate Control and could not be happier. From the initial quote to the installation, everything was very smooth and straight forward. Josh Roper my salesman is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. He spoke to me like we were great friends and I just met him. The installers Russell and Riggs were very pleasant as well. They were neat and professional and respected me and my property. If you are looking for HVAC installation l highly recommend this company. Prices were good too!
